另外,还有一种供氢体称ABTS[2,?2'-边氮基-双(3-乙基苯并噻吡咯啉-6磺酸)],其反应产物呈蓝绿色,且灵敏度和稳定性均好.尤其是在致癌的潜在可能性方面,ABTS与TMB皆是值得被优选的供氢体.
